About The Steel City Fountain Range

We keep this fountain pen range simple so the decision is straightforward. When you’re ordering for gifting or an awards handover, it’s the small choices – print position, how it’s boxed, whether it feels solid in the hand – that decide whether it lands well or ends up forgotten in a drawer.

Proof before it prints: We send you a proof to approve first, and only then does production start. That keeps the print placement exactly where you signed it off, so logos don’t arrive off-centre or rotated across the batch.
A set print area: Working to a fixed print area of 25 x 20mm keeps your branding straight rather than stretched around a curve, so you get a clean, consistent mark you can repeat across reorders.
Boxed ready to hand over: Gift-box presentation is standard, so the pens arrive protected from scuffs and ready to give straight away – no repacking before a meeting or an awards night.
A pen that feels considered: A capped fountain pen paired with a matching twist-action ballpen reads as a proper gift, not a giveaway, so it’s more likely to be kept and used than left in a drawer.

Just wanted to share some overwhelmingly positive feedback about James and his incredible team. I recently placed a very small, but crucial, order for an embroidered puffa jacket. My original supplier completely let me down, calling late on a Friday afternoon (3:00 PM) to push the committed delivery date from Tuesday to Thursday, which was too late for our filming schedule. In a panic, I called James's team at 3:05 PM that same Friday, honestly expecting a firm "no." However, I was met with unbelievably helpful and flexible service.
