About The Steel City Notestix Range

We pick NoteStix formats that get written on daily and earn a spot by the keyboard, not the ones that get binned after one meeting – and we proof your artwork so the print lands clean on the cover and every sheet.

Branding on every note: A logo on the top sheet alone disappears the moment notes get peeled off, so we lean towards full-colour print on each sheet. That keeps your brand visible on every note that ends up stuck to a monitor or passed around a meeting.
Size around the desk: We stick to familiar sizes – 75 x 75mm and 105 x 75mm pads, up to a 100 x 100mm maxi – because they sit neatly by a keyboard or phone. People reach for them without thinking, which keeps your brand in their eyeline.
A cover for the post: Soft pads can arrive with bent corners in a mailer, so for direct mail we point you at a 300gsm card or pop-up cover. It protects the pad in transit and gives you a second full-colour print surface for the pack.
Print areas we proof first: We work to set areas – from a 71 x 71mm pad face up to a 174 x 110mm cover – and send a proof before production, so a logo, URL or QR code stays clear and scannable rather than lost at the edge.
Paper you can name: These use 80gsm paper from responsibly sourced, sustainably managed forests, with full certification on request. That gives you something specific to reference instead of a vague eco line.
A starting point, not the ceiling: These are the NoteStix formats we trust for reliable print and timings, typically around 10-12 working days from artwork approval with 5 Day Express Delivery on selected lines. If your quantity and dates allow, we can source bespoke sizes or builds to the same standard – just ask.

The classic desk pad: We reach for the NoteStix Square Adhesive Pads 75 x 75mm – Full Colour (Sticky Notes) because it’s the familiar size people keep next to a keyboard and actually finish. It’s a 50-sheet pad on 80gsm paper with full colour on every sheet across the 71 x 71mm area, so your branding stays on show as notes get used.
Room to write, fast turnaround: The NoteStix Standard Adhesive Pads 105 x 75mm – Full Colour (Sticky Notes) gives a larger 101 x 71mm print and more space to write, so notes are less likely to get scrapped. It’s a 50-sheet pad printed full colour throughout, with 5 Day Express when your deadline’s tight.
Protected for direct mail: We recommend the NoteStix 105 x 75mm Full Colour Pop-Up Cover (Sticky Notes) – Full Colour when it’s going in the post – the 300gsm cover stops bent corners in transit, and you get full colour on both the cover and each of the 50 sheets, so the pack looks sharp when it lands.
Bigger note area: The NoteStix Maxi Square Adhesive Pads 100 x 100mm – Full Colour is the pick when people need to jot more than a line – a 50-sheet pad with a generous 96 x 96mm full-colour print on every sheet. Useful on a busy desk where a small square runs out of room.
Kept together for training: We suggest the NoteStix Midi Combi Set 75 x 70mm (Sticky Notes) for workshops, where loose tabs go missing – a laminated 300gsm cover holds a 25-sheet pad and 5 coloured page markers in one place. Full colour on the cover and each sheet keeps it branded throughout the session.
Durable, premium set: The NoteStix Hardback Combi Set – Full Colour (Sticky Notes) is our pick for onboarding kits – a rigid cover stops the set creasing in a bag or drawer, and it packs a 100-sheet pad, a 25-sheet pad and 5 neon page markers. Full colour on the 174 x 110mm cover and every sheet keeps it looking presentable after repeat use.

Very helpful! Helpful throughout buying process!

Exceptional service from start to finish. We ordered some branded plates and I have been so impressed with Steel City. We came to them with a short lead time for 138 plates and not only were they able to make this happen in the timeframe but the entire team were so helpful, communicative and reassuring throughout. I received the product today and it is even better then imagined. Fantastic quality. I couldn't recommend them enough! Thank you all so much, especially Rowan and Georgia!

10/10 service from start to finish. Attention to detail, rapid service and delivery whole turnaround in 5 days including some changes. Competitive price. Will 100% use again

We ordered branded items for Aspects Holidays through Steel City. They were incredibly efficient, helpful and communicative throughout the process, from initial sales, through to design, production and delivery (which was quick!). I really could not fault them.

Lovely badges!

“Everything ran smoothly. Quote options were dealt with promptly, and advice was given when requested. I was informed of the handover to a named person to oversee the production, and I was kept informed at every stage of the process and given the tracking info when my order was out for delivery. I have total trust in Steel City to handle and produce great products. My client is also super happy with the final product..”

Excellent service from start to finish! They were quick to respond to all my queries and produced fantastic designs for my tote bags, notebooks, pens, lanyards, brochures, and banners. The whole process was smooth, professional, and the finished products exceeded my expectations. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for high-quality design and print services. Thank you!

Very pleased with the quality, service and quick turnaround. Rowan has been providing quick and efficient responses.

We've used Steel City for some physical collateral, not only is this of fantastic quality but the service and communication is impeccable. Would highly recommend if you're looking for a full end-to-end service.

Great service from the team from recommendation of products through to design and delivery. Would highly recommend!

Excellent products — durable and great quality. The service from all the staff was exceptional throughout. I wouldn’t hesitate to use Steel City again and would definitely recommend them.

Second time ordering from Steel City. The team has been marvellous once again. Very attentive to my requests, and in this occasion - very short deadline. They were quick to respond, and delivered on time in spite of the challenge of time. Always respond quickly and very proactive. I highly recommend this company for any marketing needs. Their brouchure is full of ideas and nothing is out of reach. Thank you once again team!

Just wanted to share some overwhelmingly positive feedback about James and his incredible team. I recently placed a very small, but crucial, order for an embroidered puffa jacket. My original supplier completely let me down, calling late on a Friday afternoon (3:00 PM) to push the committed delivery date from Tuesday to Thursday, which was too late for our filming schedule. In a panic, I called James's team at 3:05 PM that same Friday, honestly expecting a firm "no." However, I was met with unbelievably helpful and flexible service. The team, specifically Rowan and David, were absolutely first class! They went above and beyond, making it seem like nothing was too much trouble. Thanks to their efforts, the jacket will now be delivered on Wednesday—a whole day before we need it for filming! This is old-school customer service at its very best. I can't thank James and the team enough and will absolutely be ordering from them again in the future. Highly, highly recommend!

“Really happy with service from start to finish! Quick turnaround from ordering to receiving products.”

Steel City supplied magnets for us recently on behalf of one of our charity sector clients. Both David & Rowan from initial quote, through to overseeing the project itself were brilliant. Very pleased with the finished product, and quicker than initially expected. Thanks again, Marc

A huge thank you to Rowan and Debbie at Steel City for all their help with our new merchandise for our rebranding launch! They were a dream to work with, super friendly and responsive! Communication was absolutely on point throughout the whole process, which made everything run so smoothly. The merch looks fantastic and really brought our new brand to life. I can’t recommend them enough!

These guys are super. They are all very personable and incredibly easy to work with, and will stop at nothing to make sure the order is exactly right. We have made three orders from them now and have been really pleased each time.

We have used Steel City a number of times and this order was no different - a fast, friendly and efficient service from start to finish! Highly recommended for any and all branded goods!

Excellent customer service throughout the whole process - from initial contact through to delivery. I was kept informed at each stage. Friendly and helpful staff. Thanks.

Ordered loads of branded merch from them (we're talking in the 1000s) multiple times over the past few years and they never fail to be absolutely spectacular with their customer service, general friendliness and their helpfulness! The merch is top notch quality, and will happily continue using Steel City for many orders to come! Hugely recommend!

We have ordered several branded products from Steel City, and we have been extremely impressed by both the quality of the products themselves and also the service we've received from their fantastic team. Georgia in particular has been brilliant - her friendly demeanour and genuine willingness to help us make the right decisions for our business made the entire process seamless. No question was too trivial, and no request was ever too much trouble for her. Steel City has earned our trust as a reliable and customer-focused company, and we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for high-quality branded products with exceptional service to match. Thanks guys!

I have known Steel City Marketing for many, many years and always find them extremely professional. The whole process: from responding to my initial inquiry; through to tracking delivery is managed in a super professional way. On top of that - they are lovely, friendly people ... highly recommended :-)

Seamless from start to finish. Very helpful company, brilliant product and delivery on time. Couldn't recommend more.

Good quality products, competitively priced with excellent communications throughout the whole process.

Requirements met quickly, professionally and customer service was 100%. Well done to Georgia and Rowan

Fabulous fast and friendly service, cracking banner :)

Very helpful and friendly customer service, and great job on pin badges produced for our Freshers campaign

Absolutely A-1 in every area. From design, to communication, to delivery, processing, speed, quality of products - exceptional!

My first time using Steel City BM, what a great service, we delayed things and messed them about a bit but they still came up trumps, got the merchandise we wanted, printed with our Logos and delivered within the very short timeframe we gave them, excellent service. I would highly recommend using them

I am a repeat customer for a good reason and have been for years. Never let me down, courteous, friendly service, quality goods, lovely efficient firm to deal with (exemplary COMMUNICATION as well, which seems to be a commodity fast diminishing between client and supplier these days) and going forward I’ll be back again - at least twice a year with ever increasing volumes. Can’t recommend them highly enough. Great firm.

Really easy to work with and the merch was great quality

Recently sourced products from Steel City and couldn't be happier! From the initial enquiry to the delivery of the products, every step of the process was handled with the utmost professionalism and care. The quality is exceptional, the customer service is outstanding, and the delivery was prompt. I highly recommend them to any business looking for reliable, high-quality suppliers. Thank you for exceeding our expectations!

Ordered a bulk order of 500 branded notepads on the Monday and they had been delivered on the Friday! Impressively fast. Great quality products, and the customer service is the best i've experienced- both Rowan the Sales Administrator and Debbie the Account Manager were excellent, very rapid email response with all the info needed. We will continue to use Steel City for our company's branded merch.

Can't rate the team at Steel City Marketing highly enough. I've ordered a few different promotional items just recently and every single time, from start to finish, the service from Georgia & Rowan in particular, has been first class. Each item we have had (leather key fobs, feather flags and printed bags) are of an excellent quality and have been produced to a very high standard. I've always been pleasantly surprised at the quality, speed and with the exceptional service this company has always fulfilled our orders.
