We help you choose Russell garments that work hard for your team and don’t fight the job. We’ll run our proof-and-approval step so embroidery placement and sizing stays consistent between sizes or reorders.

Consistent positioning: Our proofing step fixes logo size and placement before we start, ensuring the garments repeat that placement across the full size run. It stops chest embroidery sitting too high on small sizes and too low on larger ones, so the team looks uniform.
Quality embroidery: We usually steer this range toward embroidery because thread holds up to wear better than most prints on work garments, especially around cuffs and chest areas. If you’ve seen logos start looking fuzzy after washing, higher stitch density helps keep the edges tighter for longer.

Just wanted to share some overwhelmingly positive feedback about James and his incredible team. I recently placed a very small, but crucial, order for an embroidered puffa jacket. My original supplier completely let me down, calling late on a Friday afternoon (3:00 PM) to push the committed delivery date from Tuesday to Thursday, which was too late for our filming schedule. In a panic, I called James's team at 3:05 PM that same Friday, honestly expecting a firm "no." However, I was met with unbelievably helpful and flexible service.
