About The Steel City Folders Range

Branded folders and binders have to work hard – they get carried to meetings, handed to clients, and pulled in and out of bags all day. When the quality isn’t there it shows straight away, so we help you match the material, ring size and print method to how the folder is actually used.

Proof before it prints: We send you a visual proof to sign off before production, so you’re happy with the artwork and where it sits. Lead times are usually around 10-12 working days from approval, so there are no surprises when the order lands.
Print method to suit the cover: Depending on the folder we’ll recommend 1-colour or full-colour, and some of these binders print right across front, back and spine. We place your logo where it looks best and won’t rub away with regular use.
Features that keep paper in: The range includes zip closures, popper fastenings, ring mechanisms and clipboard clamps. They stop loose sheets sliding out between meetings and keep training packs together in a bag.
Materials chosen to last: We specify durable builds – PVC over board and polypropylene from 200 micron up to 750 micron – because a folder needs to survive being thrown in a bag daily without splitting or losing its shape on a shelf.
Consistent on reorder: When you top up for a new intake or a new training group, the dimensions, ring size and finish match the first run, so your handover packs keep looking like one programme.
A starting point, not the ceiling: These are the folder formats we keep coming back to for reliable print and dependable timings. If your quantity and dates allow, we can source bespoke sizes and finishes to the same standard – just ask.

Full-wrap brand visibility: We recommend the A4 PVC Over Board Ring Binder – Full Colour when you want the brand seen from every angle – it prints full colour across the front, back and 310 x 35mm spine, so it reads on a shelf as well as in the hand. It’s UK-made with a 25mm 2-ring mechanism.
Same binder, kinder on budget: The A4 PVC Over Board Ring Binder – Spot Colour is the same UK-made 25mm 2-ring binder printed in one colour across front, back and spine. It’s the one to pick when you’re matching a single brand colour and want to keep the print cost and sign-off simpler.
Holds a full set of papers: The Eco-Eco A4 Zipped Document Case is made from 50% recycled materials and comes with 30 clear A4 wallets and a zip closure. It’s the pick for handing over a complete, ordered set of documents that won’t spill in a bag.
Write-on-the-go clipboard: The A4 Folder Clipboard – Full Colour combines a folder cover, a clipboard clamp and a transparent inside pocket, printed full colour across 210 x 160mm. It suits training days and site visits where people need to write standing up and keep handouts together.
Box wallet for bulkier packs: The A4 Polypropylene Box Wallet – Full Colour has a 28mm spine and prints full colour all over the outside. It ships flat-packed for self-assembly, which keeps storage tidy until you need to make them up for an event.
Simple popper wallet: The A4 Polyprop Popper Wallet is the straightforward option – 200 micron polypropylene with a popper fastening and a 285 x 114mm print. It’s the easy call when you just need a clean, branded wallet to hold a few sheets securely.

Exceptional service from start to finish. We ordered some branded plates and I have been so impressed with Steel City. We came to them with a short lead time for 138 plates and not only were they able to make this happen in the timeframe but the entire team were so helpful, communicative and reassuring throughout. I received the product today and it is even better then imagined. Fantastic quality. I couldn't recommend them enough! Thank you all so much, especially Rowan and Georgia!

10/10 service from start to finish. Attention to detail, rapid service and delivery whole turnaround in 5 days including some changes. Competitive price. Will 100% use again

We ordered branded items for Aspects Holidays through Steel City. They were incredibly efficient, helpful and communicative throughout the process, from initial sales, through to design, production and delivery (which was quick!). I really could not fault them.

Lovely badges!

“Everything ran smoothly. Quote options were dealt with promptly, and advice was given when requested. I was informed of the handover to a named person to oversee the production, and I was kept informed at every stage of the process and given the tracking info when my order was out for delivery. I have total trust in Steel City to handle and produce great products. My client is also super happy with the final product..”

Excellent service from start to finish! They were quick to respond to all my queries and produced fantastic designs for my tote bags, notebooks, pens, lanyards, brochures, and banners. The whole process was smooth, professional, and the finished products exceeded my expectations. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for high-quality design and print services. Thank you!

Excellent products — durable and great quality. The service from all the staff was exceptional throughout. I wouldn’t hesitate to use Steel City again and would definitely recommend them.

Second time ordering from Steel City. The team has been marvellous once again. Very attentive to my requests, and in this occasion - very short deadline. They were quick to respond, and delivered on time in spite of the challenge of time. Always respond quickly and very proactive. I highly recommend this company for any marketing needs. Their brouchure is full of ideas and nothing is out of reach. Thank you once again team!

Just wanted to share some overwhelmingly positive feedback about James and his incredible team. I recently placed a very small, but crucial, order for an embroidered puffa jacket. My original supplier completely let me down, calling late on a Friday afternoon (3:00 PM) to push the committed delivery date from Tuesday to Thursday, which was too late for our filming schedule. In a panic, I called James's team at 3:05 PM that same Friday, honestly expecting a firm "no." However, I was met with unbelievably helpful and flexible service. The team, specifically Rowan and David, were absolutely first class! They went above and beyond, making it seem like nothing was too much trouble. Thanks to their efforts, the jacket will now be delivered on Wednesday—a whole day before we need it for filming! This is old-school customer service at its very best. I can't thank James and the team enough and will absolutely be ordering from them again in the future. Highly, highly recommend!

“Really happy with service from start to finish! Quick turnaround from ordering to receiving products.”

Steel City supplied magnets for us recently on behalf of one of our charity sector clients. Both David & Rowan from initial quote, through to overseeing the project itself were brilliant. Very pleased with the finished product, and quicker than initially expected. Thanks again, Marc

A huge thank you to Rowan and Debbie at Steel City for all their help with our new merchandise for our rebranding launch! They were a dream to work with, super friendly and responsive! Communication was absolutely on point throughout the whole process, which made everything run so smoothly. The merch looks fantastic and really brought our new brand to life. I can’t recommend them enough!

We have used Steel City a number of times and this order was no different - a fast, friendly and efficient service from start to finish! Highly recommended for any and all branded goods!

Excellent customer service throughout the whole process - from initial contact through to delivery. I was kept informed at each stage. Friendly and helpful staff. Thanks.

Ordered loads of branded merch from them (we're talking in the 1000s) multiple times over the past few years and they never fail to be absolutely spectacular with their customer service, general friendliness and their helpfulness! The merch is top notch quality, and will happily continue using Steel City for many orders to come! Hugely recommend!

We have ordered several branded products from Steel City, and we have been extremely impressed by both the quality of the products themselves and also the service we've received from their fantastic team. Georgia in particular has been brilliant - her friendly demeanour and genuine willingness to help us make the right decisions for our business made the entire process seamless. No question was too trivial, and no request was ever too much trouble for her. Steel City has earned our trust as a reliable and customer-focused company, and we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for high-quality branded products with exceptional service to match. Thanks guys!

I have known Steel City Marketing for many, many years and always find them extremely professional. The whole process: from responding to my initial inquiry; through to tracking delivery is managed in a super professional way. On top of that - they are lovely, friendly people ... highly recommended :-)

Seamless from start to finish. Very helpful company, brilliant product and delivery on time. Couldn't recommend more.

Good quality products, competitively priced with excellent communications throughout the whole process.

Requirements met quickly, professionally and customer service was 100%. Well done to Georgia and Rowan

Fabulous fast and friendly service, cracking banner :)

Very helpful and friendly customer service, and great job on pin badges produced for our Freshers campaign

Absolutely A-1 in every area. From design, to communication, to delivery, processing, speed, quality of products - exceptional!

My first time using Steel City BM, what a great service, we delayed things and messed them about a bit but they still came up trumps, got the merchandise we wanted, printed with our Logos and delivered within the very short timeframe we gave them, excellent service. I would highly recommend using them

I am a repeat customer for a good reason and have been for years. Never let me down, courteous, friendly service, quality goods, lovely efficient firm to deal with (exemplary COMMUNICATION as well, which seems to be a commodity fast diminishing between client and supplier these days) and going forward I’ll be back again - at least twice a year with ever increasing volumes. Can’t recommend them highly enough. Great firm.

Really easy to work with and the merch was great quality

Recently sourced products from Steel City and couldn't be happier! From the initial enquiry to the delivery of the products, every step of the process was handled with the utmost professionalism and care. The quality is exceptional, the customer service is outstanding, and the delivery was prompt. I highly recommend them to any business looking for reliable, high-quality suppliers. Thank you for exceeding our expectations!

Ordered a bulk order of 500 branded notepads on the Monday and they had been delivered on the Friday! Impressively fast. Great quality products, and the customer service is the best i've experienced- both Rowan the Sales Administrator and Debbie the Account Manager were excellent, very rapid email response with all the info needed. We will continue to use Steel City for our company's branded merch.

Can't rate the team at Steel City Marketing highly enough. I've ordered a few different promotional items just recently and every single time, from start to finish, the service from Georgia & Rowan in particular, has been first class. Each item we have had (leather key fobs, feather flags and printed bags) are of an excellent quality and have been produced to a very high standard. I've always been pleasantly surprised at the quality, speed and with the exceptional service this company has always fulfilled our orders.
