Wash-proof branding choice: It’s really important that the branding lasts as long as the garment. We’ll usually suggest embroidery (often up to 7K stitches) or a clean 1-colour print depending on the fabric, so your logo doesn’t crack, peel, or start looking scruffy after repeat washing. Lead time you can plan around: Lead time is always a popular question. Our standard production time here sits at around 10 working days from artwork approval, so you can plan for onboarding or event dates without the stress. If your deadline is tighter, just let us know.

This range prioritises organic cotton and recycled polyester blends, with certifications like Oeko-Tex 100 where specified. It gives you the evidence you need rather than vague “eco” wording, so you can be sure you aren’t greenwashing.
Sizes that cover the team: We want to make sure everyone feels part of the team. Our selection includes broad size runs (often up to 5XL, plus ladies’ options where available) so you don’t have to force awkward fits. This helps avoid missing sizes and ensures you can kit out the whole office.

Embroidery over shiny prints: We would usually recommend the Printer Essentials Trial Softshell Jacket with high-stitch embroidery (often up to 7K stitches). It holds up much better than prints that can scuff on a working jacket, keeping your branding looking crisp and high quality for longer.

Just wanted to share some overwhelmingly positive feedback about James and his incredible team. I recently placed a very small, but crucial, order for an embroidered puffa jacket. My original supplier completely let me down, calling late on a Friday afternoon (3:00 PM) to push the committed delivery date from Tuesday to Thursday, which was too late for our filming schedule. In a panic, I called James's team at 3:05 PM that same Friday, honestly expecting a firm "no." However, I was met with unbelievably helpful and flexible service. The team, specifically Rowan and David, were absolutely first class! They went above and beyond, making it seem like nothing was too much trouble.
