About The Steel City Stanley Range

These are the genuine Stanley lines we brand for teams who want a gift that gets picked up every day, not left in a cupboard – so it helps to know how they carry, how long they hold temperature, and where your logo sits before you commit.

Recycled stainless steel: Most of the range here is made from recycled stainless steel, so you get a real sustainability line to tell rather than a vague eco claim. It also stands up to daily washing and knocks better than a thin plastic cup, which is why the branding keeps getting seen.
Cold carry that lasts: The vacuum-insulated tumblers hold drinks cold for up to 10 or 11 hours, and up to 48 hours iced. That is the difference between a bottle that lives on someone’s desk all day and one that goes lukewarm by mid-morning and gets abandoned.
Lids that suit the journey: Some lines lock shut with a screw-top for a bag, others use a flip-top sipper or a drink-thru camp mug lid for the desk. Pick the lid around how it travels, because a slow leak into a backpack is all it takes for the gift to get binned.
Engraving that wears well: These are priced for laser engraving rather than print, so your logo is cut into the steel and will not scuff off with heavy handling and repeat washing. Print areas run from a 65 x 20mm mug panel up to a 100 x 75mm tumbler back.
Proof before we brand it: We send you a digital proof to sign off before anything is engraved, so you can check the logo position and scale on the exact product. Lead times are usually around 10-12 working days from artwork approval.
Weight worth checking: The IceFlow lines use AeroLight construction that is around 33 percent lighter than a standard steel bottle, which matters if people are carrying it between sites all day. If in doubt about which size or lid suits your group, just ask.
A starting point, not the ceiling: These are the genuine Stanley lines we come back to for reliable stock and dependable timings. If your quantity and dates allow, we can look at sourcing other genuine Stanley items to the same standard – just ask.

All-day desk tumbler: We recommend the Stanley Quencher H2.0 1200ml Tumbler when you want something that stays in daily use – it holds 1200ml and keeps drinks cold for up to 11 hours, or 48 hours iced, so nobody needs to refill mid-afternoon. The FlowState lid rotates between a straw opening, a drink opening and a full cover, and the 100 x 75mm engraving area on the back is large enough that your logo does not get missed.
Bag-safe commute cup: The Stanley AeroLight Transit Tumbler 350ml is the one we reach for when it needs to go in a bag – the locking screw-top lid stops the slow seep that soaks a laptop sleeve, and it keeps drinks hot for 6 hours or cold for 8. It is dishwasher safe and BPA free, so it does not get left in the sink.
Bigger transit option: For a bigger tumbler to carry around, the Stanley AeroLight Transit Tumbler 470ml gives you 470ml behind the same leakproof locking lid. The double-walled vacuum body handles repeat opening and closing through the day without the lid working loose the way cheaper travel cups do.
Lightweight iced carry: We suggest the Stanley IceFlow1.06 Litre Tumbler for people on the move all day – AeroLight construction makes it around 33 percent lighter than a standard steel bottle, and the flip-top sipper folds down with the handle. It keeps a drink cold for up to 10 hours, or iced for 48, and the base fits most car cup holders.
Smaller iced size: The Stanley Iceflow 710ml Tumbler is the same lightweight recycled-steel build in a 700ml size, so it is the easier one to hold in the hand or drop in a small bag. It is engraved in one position, which keeps your branding clean and hard-wearing through regular washing.
Keyboard-safe camp mug: The Stanley Everyday Camp Mug is a good desk pick at 236ml, with a Tritan drink-thru lid that helps stop the splashy knocks that end up on a keyboard. It is made from recycled stainless steel and engraved on a 65 x 20mm panel, so the branding sits neatly on the side.

Exceptional service from start to finish. We ordered some branded plates and I have been so impressed with Steel City. We came to them with a short lead time for 138 plates and not only were they able to make this happen in the timeframe but the entire team were so helpful, communicative and reassuring throughout. I received the product today and it is even better then imagined. Fantastic quality. I couldn't recommend them enough! Thank you all so much, especially Rowan and Georgia!

We ordered branded items for Aspects Holidays through Steel City. They were incredibly efficient, helpful and communicative throughout the process, from initial sales, through to design, production and delivery (which was quick!). I really could not fault them.

Lovely badges!

“Everything ran smoothly. Quote options were dealt with promptly, and advice was given when requested. I was informed of the handover to a named person to oversee the production, and I was kept informed at every stage of the process and given the tracking info when my order was out for delivery. I have total trust in Steel City to handle and produce great products. My client is also super happy with the final product..”

Excellent service from start to finish! They were quick to respond to all my queries and produced fantastic designs for my tote bags, notebooks, pens, lanyards, brochures, and banners. The whole process was smooth, professional, and the finished products exceeded my expectations. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for high-quality design and print services. Thank you!

Great service from the team from recommendation of products through to design and delivery. Would highly recommend!

Excellent products — durable and great quality. The service from all the staff was exceptional throughout. I wouldn’t hesitate to use Steel City again and would definitely recommend them.

Second time ordering from Steel City. The team has been marvellous once again. Very attentive to my requests, and in this occasion - very short deadline. They were quick to respond, and delivered on time in spite of the challenge of time. Always respond quickly and very proactive. I highly recommend this company for any marketing needs. Their brouchure is full of ideas and nothing is out of reach. Thank you once again team!

Just wanted to share some overwhelmingly positive feedback about James and his incredible team. I recently placed a very small, but crucial, order for an embroidered puffa jacket. My original supplier completely let me down, calling late on a Friday afternoon (3:00 PM) to push the committed delivery date from Tuesday to Thursday, which was too late for our filming schedule. In a panic, I called James's team at 3:05 PM that same Friday, honestly expecting a firm "no." However, I was met with unbelievably helpful and flexible service. The team, specifically Rowan and David, were absolutely first class! They went above and beyond, making it seem like nothing was too much trouble. Thanks to their efforts, the jacket will now be delivered on Wednesday—a whole day before we need it for filming! This is old-school customer service at its very best. I can't thank James and the team enough and will absolutely be ordering from them again in the future. Highly, highly recommend!

“Really happy with service from start to finish! Quick turnaround from ordering to receiving products.”

Steel City supplied magnets for us recently on behalf of one of our charity sector clients. Both David & Rowan from initial quote, through to overseeing the project itself were brilliant. Very pleased with the finished product, and quicker than initially expected. Thanks again, Marc

A huge thank you to Rowan and Debbie at Steel City for all their help with our new merchandise for our rebranding launch! They were a dream to work with, super friendly and responsive! I can’t recommend them enough!

Excellent customer service throughout the whole process - from initial contact through to delivery. I was kept informed at each stage. Friendly and helpful staff. Thanks.

Ordered loads of branded merch from them (we're talking in the 1000s) multiple times over the past few years and they never fail to be absolutely spectacular with their customer service, general friendliness and their helpfulness! The merch is top notch quality, and will happily continue using Steel City for many orders to come! Hugely recommend!

We have ordered several branded products from Steel City, and we have been extremely impressed by both the quality of the products themselves and also the service we've received from their fantastic team. Georgia in particular has been brilliant - her friendly demeanour and genuine willingness to help us make the right decisions for our business made the entire process seamless. No question was too trivial, and no request was ever too much trouble for her. Steel City has earned our trust as a reliable and customer-focused company, and we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for high-quality branded products with exceptional service to match. Thanks guys!

I have known Steel City Marketing for many, many years and always find them extremely professional. The whole process: from responding to my initial inquiry; through to tracking delivery is managed in a super professional way. On top of that - they are lovely, friendly people ... highly recommended :-)

Seamless from start to finish. Very helpful company, brilliant product and delivery on time. Couldn't recommend more.

Fabulous fast and friendly service, cracking banner :)

Very helpful and friendly customer service, and great job on pin badges produced for our Freshers campaign

Absolutely A-1 in every area. From design, to communication, to delivery, processing, speed, quality of products - exceptional!

My first time using Steel City BM, what a great service, we delayed things and messed them about a bit but they still came up trumps, got the merchandise we wanted, printed with our Logos and delivered within the very short timeframe we gave them, excellent service. I would highly recommend using them

I am a repeat customer for a good reason and have been for years. Never let me down, courteous, friendly service, quality goods, lovely efficient firm to deal with (exemplary COMMUNICATION as well, which seems to be a commodity fast diminishing between client and supplier these days) and going forward I’ll be back again - at least twice a year with ever increasing volumes. Can’t recommend them highly enough. Great firm.

Really easy to work with and the merch was great quality

Recently sourced products from Steel City and couldn't be happier! From the initial enquiry to the delivery of the products, every step of the process was handled with the utmost professionalism and care. The quality is exceptional, the customer service is outstanding, and the delivery was prompt. I highly recommend them to any business looking for reliable, high-quality suppliers. Thank you for exceeding our expectations!

Ordered a bulk order of 500 branded notepads on the Monday and they had been delivered on the Friday! Impressively fast. Great quality products, and the customer service is the best i've experienced- both Rowan the Sales Administrator and Debbie the Account Manager were excellent, very rapid email response with all the info needed. We will continue to use Steel City for our company's branded merch.

Can't rate the team at Steel City Marketing highly enough. I've ordered a few different promotional items just recently and every single time, from start to finish, the service from Georgia & Rowan in particular, has been first class. Each item we have had (leather key fobs, feather flags and printed bags) are of an excellent quality and have been produced to a very high standard. I've always been pleasantly surprised at the quality, speed and with the exceptional service this company has always fulfilled our orders.
