About The Steel City Care Packs Range

We build care packs around things people actually keep – the bottle that stays on the desk, the pen that gets used in every meeting, the seed kit that ends up on a windowsill. If you’re sending a welcome pack to new starters or a wellbeing gift to a remote team, the aim is a set that lands well and doesn’t look tired out of the box.

Contents that get used: These sets lean on refillable pens, insulated bottles and grow-your-own kits, because those are the items people reach for rather than shelve. A pack built from useful pieces keeps your brand in daily view instead of week-one clutter.
Boxing that protects: Each set arrives in a purpose-made gift box designed to hold it, so pieces don’t knock around in transit. That gives a tidy unboxing rather than a jumble, and it holds up to a courier’s handling.
Branding that lasts: We lean on engraving for metal pens and drinkware and full-colour print on the sustainable boxes, so the finish stands up to regular use. An engraved logo won’t crack or peel the way some printed marks do over months of use.

The 500ml double-walled recycled steel holds heat up to 8 hours and cold up to 18, and the three interchangeable lids cover water, a lockable straw and hot drinks. Just wanted to share some overwhelmingly positive feedback about James and his incredible team. I recently placed a very small, but crucial, order for an embroidered puffa jacket. My original supplier completely let me down, calling late on a Friday afternoon (3:00 PM) to push the committed delivery date from Tuesday to Thursday, which was too late for our filming schedule. In a panic, I called James's team at 3:05 PM that same Friday, honestly expecting a firm "no." However, I was met with unbelievably helpful and flexible service. The team, specifically Rowan and David, were absolutely first class! They went above and beyond, making it seem like nothing was too much trouble. Thanks to their efforts, the jacket will now be delivered on Wednesday—a whole day before we need it for filming! This is old-school customer service at its very best.
