About The Steel City Cuddly Toys Range

We steer you toward plush that carries your logo on a printed t-shirt, bandana or vest rather than straight onto the fur, because a stable panel keeps the edges of your logo crisp instead of soft and fuzzy. These are the formats that survive a mailer and still get kept.

Print on fabric, not fur: Printing onto a t-shirt or bandana panel holds a much sharper edge than printing into pile, so your logo stays readable at arm’s length and in photos. It’s the difference between branding that looks intentional and branding that looks smudged.
Recycled options with a real spec: Several of these are made from recycled plastics, so you can name the material when procurement asks rather than waving at “eco”. That gives you an honest sustainability line to repeat internally.
A size for the job: These run from a 5″ keyring bear up to 250mm graduation and bespoke pieces, so you can match a pocket giveaway or a higher-value thank-you gift. Pick the size around how it needs to be posted or handed over.

Recycled bear with room to brand: We recommend the 20cm Plush Catherine II Eco Bear as an all-rounder – it’s made from recycled plastics, has a smooth front that gives you a generous 55 x 50mm full-colour print, and it’s a bpma product-of-the-year winner. There’s a 5 Day Express option when you’re up against a date.
Smaller eco bear, same range: If you need something lighter to post, the 17cm Plush Catherine II Eco Bear is the same recycled build in a 170mm sitting height with a 50 x 40mm print area. It also carries the 5 Day Express tag, so it’s a reliable pick for a quick turnaround.
T-shirt panel for a crisp logo: The Plush Paw Bear wears a white t-shirt that takes a full-colour 60 x 40mm print, which is one of the larger fabric panels here. Printing on the tee keeps your logo sharp and stops it disappearing into the fur.
Bandana branding for PR shots: We often suggest the 14cm Plush Highland Cow for fundraisers and community gifting – the white bandana gives you a full-colour 40 x 25mm panel, so your logo reads clearly without competing with the character’s face.
Keyring for maximum exposure: The Soft Toy Key Ring is the one to reach for when you want branding that travels – it’s a 3″ full-colour print on the stomach, comes in a choice of animals, and clips onto keys and bags so it stays in daily use rather than a drawer.
Bespoke when stock won’t do: If your dates allow and you want something on-brand, the Bespoke Plush Toy – 15cm is fully customisable in shape and colour, dye-sublimation printed all over with a custom label, and made in SEDEX / BSCI audited factories. Just wanted to share some overwhelmingly positive feedback about James and his incredible team. I recently placed a very small, but crucial, order for an embroidered puffa jacket. My original supplier completely let me down, calling late on a Friday afternoon (3:00 PM) to push the committed delivery date from Tuesday to Thursday, which was too late for our filming schedule. In a panic, I called James's team at 3:05 PM that same Friday, honestly expecting a firm "no." However, I was met with unbelievably helpful and flexible service. The team, specifically Rowan and David, were absolutely first class! They went above and beyond, making it seem like nothing was too much trouble.
