We were all so surprised and delighted to win the award for ‘Excellence in Customer Service’ at the Barnsley & Rotherham Chamber 2022 awards. The awards were presented at the Magna Science Centre in Rotherham on November 4th.
The Excellence in Customer Service award category recognises companies that can best demonstrate that it has the customer at the heart of the business.

The whole team are extremely proud to have been recognised in this way. Making sure our clients are treated with genuine respect and experience a seamless order journey with us is central to our company ethos. With some ‘wow’ companies and business people to be alongside, it’s a credit to everyone in the Steel City team.

Another nice connection with the award ceremony was that we supplied the branded awards! (We weren’t privy to the winners though – that was kept top secret and why our name isn’t engraved on our award!). A sapphire blue optic crystal hexagon award was selected, engraved with the winners names. They are hand crafted and are a smart, luxury choice, presented in a black foam lined gift box.
