What is the lead time to receive my order?
Standard lead time is 10 days from artwork approval; expedited options may be available-ask your sales rep for a quote.
What customisation methods are available and what is included by default?
Default decoration is embroidery up to 7,000 stitches; other methods (print, transfer) are available at additional cost-decoration prices shown separately from the plain unit price.
What are the material, weight and available sizes?
Made from 50% polyester/50% cotton, 220gsm, available in sizes XS-8XL.
Which colours can I order?
Available colours: Black, Multi Coloured, Orange, Purple, Red, White, Yellow.
What are the care instructions to keep colours and embroidery looking new?
Wash inside out on a cool cycle, avoid bleach, tumble dry low or hang to dry, and iron on reverse avoiding direct contact with embroidery.
How is pricing structured and can I order samples?
Unit price shown is for a plain product; decoration and setup charges are added separately. Samples can be ordered-contact us for sample pricing and lead time.
