What is the lead time for my order?
Standard lead time is 5 days from artwork approval.
What customisation options are available and what is the print area?
We print 1 colour on the barrel; print area is 30 x 5 mm. Please supply artwork to fit that area.
What are the product dimensions and key specs?
Each instrument is 140 mm long; set includes a twist-action ballpen and a mechanical pencil, hand-polished brass construction, Dokumental ® black ink.
How is the set presented and ready for gifting?
Each set is supplied in an official Pierre Cardin ® gift box, ready for corporate gifting.
Which colours and finishes can I choose from?
Available finishes: Black, Multi-Coloured, and Red (hand-polished brass visible in all finishes).
Can the pens be refilled or serviced after use?
The ballpen uses Dokumental ® replaceable ink refills; the mechanical pencil accepts standard 0.7 mm leads. Replacements can be sourced separately.
