What is the lead time for engraved pens?
5 working days from artwork approval.
What customisation options and print area are available?
Engraving on the barrel only; print area 30 x 5 mm. Ink colour choice: black or blue. Pen body colours: Black, Multi Coloured, Red.
What are the physical dimensions and key specifications?
Length 140 mm; twist action; coated hand-polished brass case; Dokumental ® ink refill.
How are the pens presented and packaged?
Supplied individually in a foil sleeve for immediate gifting or distribution.
Are the pens refillable and what ink do they use?
Yes – uses Dokumental ® ink refills (black or blue), allowing long-term use and easy replacement.
What are the artwork requirements and proofing process?
We require vector or high-resolution artwork; a digital proof will be provided for approval before engraving and production begins.
