What is the lead time for production?
14 days from artwork approval.
What customisation options are available and what is the print area?
Default decoration is embroidery; decoration prices shown separately. Print area for embroidery/print: 130 x 50 mm.
What are the physical dimensions and material specs?
Adult size 570 mm circumference. 100% washed chino cotton with cotton lining.
Is the unit price inclusive of decoration and what are the decoration costs?
Unit price ( £7.26) is for the plain product; decoration is charged separately-embroidery is the default method.
Which colours can I order and are they all regularly stocked?
Available colours: Black, Multi Coloured, Pink, Red, White. Please check stock levels with sales for availability.
How should the hat be cared for to maintain appearance?
Care gently: spot clean or hand wash in cold water, reshape while damp and air dry; avoid tumble drying and harsh chemicals.
