At Steel City, we know that when you put your branding on a product, you want it to be perceived as really good quality. We’ve selected our “Logo Branded H2O” range to ensure you get products that land well with clients, offer real practical value in their day-to-day lives, and avoid common pitfalls like leaking lids or poor print quality.

Meeting your deadlines: We know lead times are a popular question. That’s why we offer production times of 3, 4, 5, or 6 working days from artwork approval on these items. If you’re working towards a specific event or an induction day, we’ll make sure stock arrives in plenty of time for you to hand it out.
Reliable UK production: We focus on UK-made bottles because it offers consistent quality and reduces transport miles. It means if you are re-ordering for a new intake or another event, we can ensure the colour and build match perfectly every time, keeping your brand consistent.
Traceable sustainability: It’s really important that we don’t greenwash. We’re transparent about materials, calling out Prevented Ocean Plastic™ and pre-consumer recycled plastic where relevant. Matching your brand guidelines: We offer both 1-colour and full-colour options to suit your specific branding needs and budget. If your artwork is simple, 1-colour keeps it clean; if you have gradients, photos, or QR codes, our full-colour options ensure your brand looks exactly as it should without compromise.
Quality and durability: We lean on spill-proof lids with flip-top drinking spouts (and secure screw caps) because quality matters. If these bottles are going into welcome packs or laptop bags, you need to know they won’t leak. We only suggest items we’d be happy to use ourselves.

Desk-ready durability: We suggest the H2O Active Eco Tempo Bottle-700ml – 1 Colour because the 700ml size and robust spill-proof flip-top are perfect for day-to-day use. If you want something people will actually keep on their desk long after the event, this quality lid choice is key.
Fast turnaround: We keep the H2O Active Eco Base Sports Bottle – 650ml – 1 Colour on this list because the 3-working-day lead time from artwork approval is a lifesaver. It gets you usable, branded stock fast, so you’re never left empty-handed when an event date is looming.

Just wanted to share some overwhelmingly positive feedback about James and his incredible team. I recently placed a very small, but crucial, order for an embroidered puffa jacket. My original supplier completely let me down, calling late on a Friday afternoon (3:00 PM) to push the committed delivery date from Tuesday to Thursday, which was too late for our filming schedule. In a panic, I called James's team at 3:05 PM that same Friday, honestly expecting a firm "no." However, I was met with unbelievably helpful and flexible service. The team, specifically Rowan and David, were absolutely first class! They went above and beyond, making it seem like nothing was too much trouble. Thanks to their efforts, the jacket will now be delivered on Wednesday—a whole day before we need it for filming! This is old-school customer service at its very best.
