Key Information

When you’re going to put your logo and branding onto a product, you want it to be perceived as really good quality. We’ve selected this Senator pen range to avoid the things that might otherwise let your brand down: scratchy first strokes, weak refills, or vague “eco” claims. If you wouldn’t use the product yourself, there’s no point in handing it out to a client.

Long-ink write length: We’ve chosen Senator Magic Flow high-capacity refills (Magic Flow G2 high capacity / Magic Flow x20 large capacity) in black ink because we want items that are useful for the recipient in their day-to-day. They keep the ink flowing without that faint first line, so you can hand these out at events or drop them into welcome packs knowing they won’t be binned after one use.
Pocket-safe click action: We generally suggest push-action (retractable) pens. It allows the tip to tuck away fast – perfect for using one-handed at a reception desk – and stops caps from cracking, going missing, or coming loose in bulk boxes. It’s about making sure the product lasts.
Repeatable barrel print: We recommend 1-colour barrel printing with defined print areas (e.g., 28-50mm wide x 20mm high). This keeps your branding consistent right across the full run, so you can sign off on the artwork once and know your logo will stand out and look great every time you reorder.

Fixed print positioning: We use the Senator® Liberty Matt Recycled Ballpen when reorders matter. The defined 45 x 20mm barrel print area on a push-action body keeps the logo placement consistent from batch to batch, so you don’t end up with one run looking different to the next.

Just wanted to share some overwhelmingly positive feedback about James and his incredible team. I recently placed a very small, but crucial, order for an embroidered puffa jacket. My original supplier completely let me down, calling late on a Friday afternoon (3:00 PM) to push the committed delivery date from Tuesday to Thursday, which was too late for our filming schedule.
