
We recently launched a new version of our website, designed to make browsing, shortlisting and requesting quotes for branded merchandise much easier.
Over the past few months, we’ve been working behind the scenes on a number of improvements. The aim wasn’t simply to refresh the design – it was to create a quicker, clearer and a more intuitive experience, whether you’re browsing on a desktop, tablet or mobile.
Before launching the site, we shared early access with a small group of customers and asked for their honest feedback. Their comments helped confirm we were heading in the right direction.
What’s New on the Website

Making It Easier to Explore Ideas
Over time, our range of promotional merchandise has grown significantly. That meant it was important to rethink how customers browse and discover products.
The new layout is designed to help people move through the site more easily while still giving access to a wide range of options.

Saving and Sharing Ideas With the Wishlist
One of the new features on the website is the ability to save products to a wishlist while you browse.
We introduced this because we know that choosing branded merchandise often isn’t a quick decision. Many customers are exploring ideas for campaigns, events or wider projects, and it’s helpful to be able to shortlist products as you go.
Instead of trying to remember items or opening lots of tabs, you can simply click the small heart icon on any product to add it to your wishlist.
Once you’ve built your shortlist, you can simply click on the heart in the right hand corner, and view all the items you have saved. At the bottom of the page you can then email the list to yourself or colleagues, making it easier to share ideas with a team or pick things back up later.
It’s a simple feature, but one that makes the process of researching and planning branded merchandise much more practical.

Clearer Navigation and Product Discovery
Another key goal was helping customers find what they’re looking for more quickly.
