What is the lead time for my order?
Standard lead time is 10 days from artwork approval; allow extra time for large quantities or XXL+ size surcharges.
What customisation options are available and what is the default decoration?
We offer embroidery as the default decoration (up to 7,000 stitches); other decoration methods available on request – decoration prices are shown separately to the plain unit price.
What sizes are available and are there extra costs for larger sizes?
Sizes range XS-6XL; sizes 3XL-6XL are available at an additional cost.
What are the fabric composition and weight, and how do they affect feel and durability?
Made from a 50% polyester / 50% cotton blend at 300gsm for a durable, soft finish with good shape retention.
How do I care for this sweatshirt to preserve colour and quality?
Machine wash per care label; reactive dyeing ensures long-lasting colour retention-avoid harsh bleaches and high-heat drying where possible.
