What is the lead time for my engraved Top Hat Ballpen order?
Standard lead time is 10 days from artwork approval; urgent requests can be discussed-contact us before ordering.
What customisation options are available and what is the print/engraving area?
This pen is engraved in one position. The engraving area is 45 x 6 mm; engraving is done on the wooden barrel.
What are the product dimensions and materials?
Dimensions: 141 x 10 mm. Wooden barrel with chrome trim; push-action mechanism; black ink.
Can the pen ink be changed or refilled?
Yes – the ballpen uses a standard refillable cartridge. Refills are readily available to extend product life.
How durable will the engraving and finish be in regular use?
Engraving is permanent on the wooden barrel and resist regular handling; chrome trim is durable but should be kept away from harsh abrasives.
What artwork file types and specifications do you need for engraving?
We accept vector formats (AI, EPS, PDF) preferred at actual size; provide black-only outlines for best engraving clarity. Include a 45 x 6 mm art area and approve a digital proof before production.
