What is the lead time for orders?
Standard lead time is 10 days from artwork approval.
What customisation options are available?
The default decoration is embroidery; other decoration methods and placements are available on request-contact us for quotes and artwork specs.
Where can my logo be placed and what is the print/embroidery area?
Multiple decoration locations are possible (eg. chest, sleeve, hem); request location-specific templates from sales for exact measurements.
What are the garment specifications and available sizes?
100% cotton, 166gsm; shaped fit with button-down collar, box-pleat back yoke, two-button adjustable cuffs, curved hem; sizes S-4XL.
Are decoration costs included in the unit price?
No – the unit price is for a plain product; decoration prices are shown separately.
How should I care for the shirt to preserve the garment and decoration?
Follow the garment care label; generally machine wash inside out at 30-40°C, use mild detergent, cool iron, and avoid bleach or tumble drying where possible.
