What is the lead time after I approve artwork?
Standard lead time is 10 days from artwork approval; confirm availability for larger orders or colour-specific stocks.
What customisation options are available and what is the default decoration?
We offer embroidery (default up to 7,000 stitches); other decoration methods can be quoted separately-decoration prices are not included in the unit price.
What are the fabric and fit specifications?
Made from 100% organic ringspun combed cotton (brushed), 350gsm, medium fit with wider rib at hem and sleeve cuffs and closed metal drawcord endings.
What sizes and colour options can I order?
Available in sizes XS-5XL (3-5XL at extra cost; 4-5XL only in some colours) and childrens sizes; colours include Black, Multi Coloured, Red and White-check stock for specific colour/size combos.
