What is the lead time from artwork approval to delivery?
Standard lead time is 12 days from artwork approval; larger quantities or peak periods may extend this-we’ll confirm at order placement.
What customisation options and print area are available?
Printed 1 colour on the barrel only; print area 30 x 20 mm.
What are the pen’s physical dimensions and main features?
Length 149 mm; features an opaque high-gloss barrel, curved clip and soft-feel satin grip section.
What ink and refill options does the pen use and is it refillable?
