FAQs
What is the lead time for delivery?
Standard lead time is 10 days from artwork approval for decorated orders; plain stock orders may ship sooner-contact us for urgent requirements.
What customisation options are available and how is decoration priced?
We offer embroidery (default, up to 7,000 stitches) plus other decoration methods on request; decoration is priced separately-ask us for a quote and recommended locations.
Where can you place a logo and how do I determine the best location?
Logos can be placed on chest, sleeve or back; tell us your artwork and intended use and we’ll recommend the best location and method for visibility and durability.
What are the fabric, weight and available sizes?
Made from 100% polyester, 320gsm anti-pill fleece; sizes XS-4XL (3XL-4XL available at extra cost); also available in childrens’ and ladies’ cuts.
How should I care for the fleece to keep it looking new?
Machine wash on a gentle cycle with like colours, avoid high heat tumble drying and ironing to maintain pile and embroidery-follow any supplied care labels.
Are there minimum order quantities or setup requirements for decorated jackets?
No minimum for plain stock; decorated orders may have setup fees depending on method (embroidery setup included in stitch limits)-we’ll confirm any setup costs when quoting.
