What customisation options are available?
Fully bespoke reversible design with full-colour all-over print and colour matching to your brand.
What is the print area and how large is the hat?
One size fits all; printable circumference is 300mm for full-colour all-over printing.
What artwork files do you require?
Preferred: vector files (AI, EPS, PDF). Accept high-res raster (PNG, TIFF) at 300 DPI with layers flattened and any fonts outlined; include full-size artwork and any colour references.
How should the hat be cared for and will the print last?
Cold hand wash or gentle cycle, do not bleach, line dry; print is durable for normal use but avoid harsh abrasion and high-heat washing to preserve colours.
Can you provide a sample and match specific brand colours?
Yes – colour matching is available; samples can be produced (lead time applies) to confirm print and colour accuracy.
