What is the lead time for orders?
Typical lead time is 10 days from artwork approval; please allow extra time for large quantities or during peak seasons and we’ll confirm at order placement.
What customisation options are available and how are they priced?
Decoration is priced separately – the default option is embroidery up to 7,000 stitches; other methods (print or additional embroidery areas) are available on request with individual quotes.
Where can my logo be placed and what are the print/embroiderable areas?
Common locations are left chest, right chest, full back and sleeve; exact usable area depends on location and method – request a print-area mock-up for precise sizing.
What sizes and colours does this jacket come in?
Available in sizes XS-3XL and colours Black, Multi Coloured and Red; ladies’ cut also available – contact us for stock checks by size and colour.
What are the key fabric and performance specifications?
