What is the lead time for orders?
Standard lead time is 10 days from artwork approval; contact us for rush options or bulk-only scheduling.
What customisation options and print methods are available?
Default decoration is embroidery up to 7,000 stitches; other methods (print, transfer) are available-contact us with your artwork and required location(s) for confirmation and a quote.
What are the fabric and construction specifications?
Made from 100% organic Fairtrade ringspun combed cotton, 235gsm, tailored sleeves, flat knitted collar, cotton-button placket, rib knitted cuffs and small side slits.
What sizes and fit should I order, and are there extra costs?
Available XS-5XL; slightly fitted through the shoulders. Sizes 3XL-5XL incur an extra cost-confirm quantity and size breakdown when ordering.
Is this polo an eco-friendly option?
Yes – it’s 100% Organic Fairtrade cotton, produced to reduce environmental and social impact; follow garment care instructions to extend product life.
Does the unit price include decoration?
