How should the bag be cared for to maintain print and fabric quality?
We recommend gentle machine wash or hand wash, cold water, mild detergent and avoid tumble drying to preserve print and canvas integrity.
What are the artwork/file requirements and next steps after placing an order?
Provide print-ready artwork (vector PDF/AI preferred, or high-res PNG/TIFF at 300dpi); once artwork is approved production lead time is 7 days.
