What customisation and decoration options are available?
Default decoration is embroidery (up to 7,000 stitches); other decoration methods (print, additional embroidery locations) are available on request-decoration pricing is separate.
What are the fabric, weight and sizing details?
50% cotton / 50% acrylic, 12-gauge knit; classic fit with set-in sleeves; sizes XXS-3XL.
Which colours are available and can I mix colours in an order?
Available colours: Black and Multi Coloured. Colour mixing across sizes is usually possible-confirm at order.
What is included in the unit price and how are decoration costs handled?
Unit price (£24.50) is for a plain garment; decoration (embroidery/print) is charged separately based on method and quantity.
How should I care for the sweater to preserve fit and decoration?
Wash inside out on a gentle cycle, cold or 30°C, reshape and dry flat; avoid bleach and high heat to protect fabric and embroidery.
