What is the lead time from artwork approval to delivery?
Standard lead time is 10 days from artwork approval; expedited options may be available on request-contact us to confirm.
What customisation options and default decoration apply?
Default decoration is embroidery up to 7,000 stitches; we also offer screen print and transfer-contact us with your artwork for a quote and proof.
What print areas are available for branding?
Common branding locations are left chest, centre chest, sleeve and hood; for complex multi-location prints we’ll provide a mock-up and exact imprint sizes once artwork is supplied.
What are the fabric specs, weight and available sizes?
Fabric is 80% ring-spun cotton / 20% polyester; weight 275gsm (white) or 285gsm (colours); sizes S-5XL (3-5XL incur extra cost; 4-5XL only in some colours).
How does sizing and fit run, and are childrens' sizes available?
Classic fit with a tubular body and dropped shoulder; childrens’ sizes are available-check the size chart or request measurements to ensure the best fit.
How should I care for the garment to preserve colour and decoration?
Wash inside out at 30-40°C, avoid bleach, tumble dry low or hang dry, and follow embroidery care-this keeps fabric and decoration looking their best.
