What is the lead time for decorated polos?
Standard lead time is 10 days from artwork approval for decorated orders; rush options may be available-contact us to check current capacity.
What customisation and decoration options are available?
Default decoration is embroidery (up to 7,000 stitches). We also offer alternative print and embroidery options-contact us with your artwork and preferred location to confirm feasibility and pricing.
What are the fabric, weight and size specifications?
100% cotton; White 170gsm, colours 180gsm; sizes S-3XL (3XL available at extra cost).
Are ladies sizes available?
Yes – this style is also available in ladies sizes; please request ladies sizing when ordering to ensure correct fit and pricing.
How are decoration files and artwork handled?
Provide print-ready vector artwork where possible; we’ll review and confirm stitch counts/placement and supply a digital proof for approval before production.
What colour options and ordering notes should I know?
