What is the lead time for orders?
Standard lead time is 10 days from artwork approval.
What customisation options are available and what is the default decoration?
Default decoration is embroidery (up to 7,000 stitches); other decoration methods are available and priced separately-please contact us for method, location and costing.
What are the fabric and physical specifications?
Fabric is 65% polyester / 35% cotton; weight is 170gsm for white and 180gsm for colours; sizes S-3XL (3XL at extra cost).
Are different sizes and fits available (including ladies and childrens)?
Yes – available in standard S-3XL plus separate childrens and ladies sizes; 3XL is available at an additional cost.
What care instructions should I follow?
Machine wash up to 60°C; follow garment care label for best results and longevity of decoration.
What colour options are offered and how does colour affect pricing or lead time?
Available colours: Black, Multi Coloured, Orange, Purple, Red, White; pricing shown is for plain white – coloured versions or special colour requests may affect price and lead time.
