What is the lead time for production and delivery?
Standard lead time is 10 days from artwork approval. Rush options may be available on request and may incur extra charges.
What customisation options and print locations are available?
The default decoration is embroidery up to 7,000 stitches. We also offer alternative methods on request. Exact placement will be confirmed on your artwork proof.
Are there size options and do larger sizes cost extra?
Available sizes S to 5XL. Sizes 3XL-5XL incur an additional cost and are only available in selected colours.
What are the fabric and weight specifications?
80% cotton construction. White and Heather Grey are 260gsm; other colours are 280gsm.
What is included in the quoted unit price and how are decoration costs shown?
Unit price is for a plain garment. Decoration is priced separately and will be itemised on your quote.
How should these sweatshirts be cared for to maintain print and fabric quality?
Machine wash inside out on a cool cycle, avoid bleach, tumble dry low or hang dry, and iron inside out avoiding decoration.
