Artwork should ideally be sent as either an .eps, .PDF (High Resolution) or .ai format. These are all vectorised artwork files and are suitable for all branding processes. The artwork should have all paths outlined so that we have full access to your design.
If you don’t have any of the above artwork formats, but you have a brand guidelines, brand book or the original high resolution logo, please send that instead. Alternatively, there is the option of redrawing your logo into a vector format at an additional cost.

Depending on the product there may be a small cost for the sample, which we can discuss upon contacting us. We reserve the right to refuse a sample request, at our discretion.

Your first order will be on a pro-forma basis. We accept bank transfer, cheque, credit and debit card payments. Our bank account will be detailed on your invoice. We are then able to offer a 30 day invoice subject to credit approval. We will require an official purchase order or a director’s approval.
Please note there is a small charge for card payments and we are not able to accept AMEX cards. Whilst we make every effort to keep our prices fixed, on very rare occasions, market conditions can dictate price rises. We therefore reserve the right to alter pricing.
Delivery time scales will vary depending on the product and quantity ordered. Please note the lead time in the Description tab. We are often able to offer an express delivery service, so please contact us for your options.
