What is the lead time for my order?
Standard lead time is 10 days from artwork approval; confirm sooner delivery at checkout for rush requests.
What customisation options are available and how are they priced?
Default decoration is embroidery up to 7,000 stitches; decoration methods (embroidery, print, etc.) are priced separately-contact for a tailored quote.
Where can I place artwork and what print areas are available?
Multiple decoration locations are available (front, chest, sleeve, back); confirm preferred locations with your artwork file and we’ll advise best placement before production.
What are the fabric and construction specifications?
Made from 80% cotton / 20% recycled polyester, 260gsm weight, with round cord drawstring, twill neck tape, large kangaroo pocket and double-stitched hems.
Which sizes and fit should I order?
Unisex fit available in sizes S-4XL; check your usual hoodie size or request a sample/sizing guide for accurate selection.
