10 days from artwork approval – we prioritise timely production and will confirm any changes if there are delays.
What customisation options are available and what is the default method?
The default personalisation method is embroidery; additional methods (e.g. print) may be available on request – personalisation charges are shown separately.
What is the official print/embroidery area?
Print area: 100 x 60 mm. For embroidery we will advise the best placement to ensure crisp, professional results.
What are the cap's physical dimensions and construction details?
Low-profile structured 6-panel construction, flat peak, plastic snap closure, crown size 580 mm.
What colours are available and can you match brand colours?
Available in multiple colours; we can attempt Pantone colour matching where possible – confirm exact match during artwork approval.
How do I order samples and supply artwork for production?
