What is the lead time from artwork approval to delivery?
Standard lead time is 7 days from artwork approval; rush options may be available-ask your account manager for availability and pricing.
What customisation and print options are available?
Printed 1 colour on one side only; supply your artwork in vector format or high-res PNG; we can help convert simple logos if needed.
What is the exact print area?
The printable area is 60 x 20 mm on one side.
What are the product dimensions and material specifications?
Overall length 150 mm (6 inches); made from solid ABS plastic; available in black, blue, green, red, white and yellow.
Are there order minimums or artwork requirements?
Low minimum quantities apply (contact us for current MOQ); artwork should be supplied at 300 dpi or as vector files (AI, EPS, PDF) with fonts outlined.
Can I see a proof before production?
Yes – a digital print proof is provided after artwork approval; a physical sample can be produced on request for an additional fee.
