What is the lead time from artwork approval?
42 days from artwork approval.
What customisation and print area options are available?
Printed full colour all over the garment (all-over sublimation) allowing seamless front, back, sleeves and side panels.
What sizes, fabric and weight specifications are available?
Polyester, 140gsm. Male sizes XXS-4XL; Female sizes XXS-3XL.
How should I care for the jersey to maintain print and fabric quality?
Wash inside out on a cool gentle cycle, use mild detergent, avoid bleach and tumble drying; hang to dry and do not iron directly on print.
How durable is the sublimated print for regular cycling use?
Sublimation dyes the fibres so colours are long-lasting, resist cracking and won’t peel under normal use when cared for as recommended.
What artwork files and proofing process are required before production?
Provide high-resolution artwork (preferably vector or 300dpi flattened at full size, CMYK with outlined fonts). We issue a digital proof after submission – production begins after your approval.
