What is the lead time from artwork approval?
10 days from artwork approval.
What customisation options are available and what is the default decoration?
Decoration prices are separate; the default is embroidery (up to 7,000 stitches). Other decoration methods can be quoted on request.
What are the fabric and key specifications?
80% ringspun cotton, brushed back fleece, 280gsm, double fabric hood, full zip, ribbed cuffs and hem.
What sizes and fit options are offered?
Sizes S-5XL (4-5XL available in some colours); also available in childrens and ladies sizes. Drop shoulder, unisex fit.
Is the unit price for a decorated product or a plain garment?
The listed unit price is for a plain product; decoration is charged separately.
How should the garment be cared for to maintain quality?
Machine wash inside out at 30-40°C, avoid high heat tumble drying, and follow any garment label instructions to preserve colour and embroidery.
