What is the lead time for this hoodie?
Typical lead time is 10 days from artwork approval; we’ll confirm any changes at order placement.
What customisation options are available and where can artwork be placed?
We offer embroidery (default up to 7k stitches) plus other print methods; multiple placement options (chest, sleeve, back, hood) are available-we’ll recommend the best location and provide proofs once you submit artwork.
What sizes and fit options are available?
Sizes S-5XL are available (4-5XL only in some colours; 3-5XL may incur an extra cost); the style is an oversized, drop-shoulder fit-check our size guide for measurements before ordering.
What are the fabric details and is this an eco-friendly product?
Made from 70% ringspun cotton, 20% polyester and 10% recycled polyester, 440gsm brushed-back fleece-incorporating recycled polyester for reduced environmental impact.
Are there extra costs or limitations for decoration and larger sizes?
Decoration prices are quoted separately; the default is embroidery up to 7k stitches. Sizes 3XL-5XL may carry an extra charge and some colours restrict 4-5XL availability-we’ll confirm pricing during quoting.
How should these hoodies be cared for to maintain print and fabric quality?
Machine wash inside out on a gentle cycle at 30-40°C, avoid bleach, tumble dry on low or air dry, and iron inside out if needed to preserve embroidery and fabric finish.
