What is the lead time for bulk orders?
Standard lead time is 10 days from artwork approval; contact us for urgent requests or large-volume timelines.
What customisation options are available and what's the default decoration?
We offer embroidery (default up to 7,000 stitches) and other decoration methods priced separately; request a quote for print, transfer or bespoke placements.
What are the fabric and sizing specifications?
Made from 80% ringspun cotton, 280gsm brushed-back fleece; available XS-5XL (note: 4-5XL only in some colours); childrens and ladies sizes also available.
Are decoration areas and placement options flexible?
Yes – common placements include left chest, left sleeve and centre chest; specify preferred placement when ordering and we’ll confirm printable areas and artwork requirements.
Does the price include decoration?
The listed unit price (£14.63) is for the plain garment; decoration costs are quoted separately depending on method, stitch count or print size.
