At Steel City, we select our range of branded wallets carefully because we know you want to avoid common issues like off-centre branding, weak materials, or missed deadlines.

When you’re ordering wallets for welcome packs, delegate kits, or client gifting, the product has to hold its shape, showcase your brand quality, and arrive exactly when you need it.

Visual proofs for peace of mind: We always provide a proof before production to set the branding position and maximum print area (including blind emboss or foil blocking up to 150 × 80mm). This ensures your logo never ends up squeezed, clipped, or sitting in an odd spot when the wallet folds.
Clear lead times: We know how important deadlines are, so our planning works from artwork approval (often around 10 working days, with express options on selected lines). This helps keep your pack schedule stable, so you aren’t forced to switch to a “whatever’s available” item at the last minute.
UK-made options: Our range includes UK-manufactured items, giving us greater control over production and reducing reliance on long shipping windows – ideal when you are close to your kit build date.
Materials matched to your needs: We take a consultative approach to materials. We’ll recommend wipe-clean polypropylene (e.g., 750 micron / 200 micron) for robust daily use, or PU/leather formats when you need a pocket wallet with a smarter, premium feel that won’t crack or go soft at the corners.
Long-lasting branding: We offer blind embossing and foil blocking on suitable covers to keep the branding tactile and tidy. This ensures the logo doesn’t scuff off quickly like surface prints can when subjected to the day-to-day friction of pockets and bags.
Readable full-panel artwork: We include formats with large, measured print areas (up to 613 × 446mm) so you can include clear campaign graphics and QR codes without shrinking everything down until it won’t scan.
Responsibly sourced inserts: Where paper inserts are part of the wallet, we specify responsibly sourced stock (e.g., 70gsm) so you can be confident in the sustainability credentials without having to chase documents after the order is in motion.

Just wanted to share some overwhelmingly positive feedback about James and his incredible team. I recently placed a very small, but crucial, order for an embroidered puffa jacket. My original supplier completely let me down, calling late on a Friday afternoon (3:00 PM) to push the committed delivery date from Tuesday to Thursday, which was too late for our filming schedule. In a panic, I called James's team at 3:05 PM that same Friday, honestly expecting a firm "no." However, I was met with unbelievably helpful and flexible service. The team, specifically Rowan and David, were absolutely first class! They went above and beyond, making it seem like nothing was too much trouble. Thanks to their efforts, the jacket will now be delivered on Wednesday—a whole day before we need it for filming! This is old-school customer service at its very best.
