We manage the whole process for you – from visuals and pricing to production checks and delivery updates – so you can kit out your team without the headache of chasing multiple people. It’s about making sure the process is tight so we can back you every step of the way.

Durability where it counts: We choose polycotton workwear around 240-270gsm and look for twin-needle seams and bar-tacked stress points because we know pockets and knees take the most wear. This construction holds its shape and resists splitting, which is vital when your team is kneeling, lifting, and washing kit on a tight rota.
Branding that lasts: Our approach is to steer you towards embroidery (often up to 7K stitches) or a high-quality transfer print, depending on the garment. That choice is really important to prevent cracking, peeling, or fraying when you’re running hot washes and tumble drying to get gear back ready for the next shift.
Artwork approval and lead times: Our proofing process fixes artwork, logo position and colour before anything goes into production. With a lead time of around 10 working days from approval, this cuts down the risk of errors and ensures everything lands well for your team’s start date or rollout.
Dedicated account management: We put one account manager on the job to run visuals, pricing, proofs, and delivery updates. That way you can place one order for mixed sizes without the usual errors, ensuring the whole team gets their kit at the same time.
Consistent repeat ordering: As a BPMA-accredited distributor, we keep consistent ordering paperwork and check repeat orders carefully so you don’t get unexpected changes between batches. If you’re rolling trousers out in phases, this helps keep the look and fit consistent from one delivery to the next.
Sizes for the whole team: We pick ranges that typically run XS-5XL, with regular/long leg options on selected styles and adjustable waists where they help. If your workforce is mixed, this ensures everyone feels comfortable and reduces the issue of trousers that sit unworn because the fit isn’t quite right.
Sourcing specific requirements: We use our core trouser picks as a baseline for quality so you start from a standard that works. Flexible sizing options: We often recommend the Result Workguard Action Trousers because we’ve seen rollouts fail on sizing, not branding. The expandable waistband and broad size choices really help reduce the amount of swapping and returns you have to manage.
Practical pocket layouts: Our decision to use the Result Workguard Action Trousers as a benchmark comes down to the usefulness of the pockets – cargo pockets on both legs plus a media pocket and hammer loop. It keeps tools off the waistband and stops the pockets from being overstuffed, which helps the trousers last longer.
Retaining shape: We steer a lot of teams toward the RTX Pro Workwear Trousers in 65/35 polycotton at 240gsm. We find that lighter fabrics can go shiny or bag out at the knees, whereas this fabric weight holds its look much better when you’re washing and wearing them week after week.

Just wanted to share some overwhelmingly positive feedback about James and his incredible team. I recently placed a very small, but crucial, order for an embroidered puffa jacket. My original supplier completely let me down, calling late on a Friday afternoon (3:00 PM) to push the committed delivery date from Tuesday to Thursday, which was too late for our filming schedule. In a panic, I called James's team at 3:05 PM that same Friday, honestly expecting a firm "no." However, I was met with unbelievably helpful and flexible service.
