We know that consistency matters when you’re kitting out a team. That’s why we keep our AWDis range straightforward, focusing on the garments we know perform well and offer that predictability you need for reorders. We’ll guide you through the proofing process to ensure your logo placement and finish are spot on every time.

Fabrics that wash well: We focus on specific weights and fabrics – like the 280gsm cotton-faced fleece or the 140gsm recycled performance polyester – because we know they wash and wear better than “similar” alternatives. It keeps the colour, feel, and logo consistency spot on when you’re reordering for new starters or next season’s events.
Proof approval first: We work to a standard lead time (usually around 10 working days from approval) because getting the position, scale, and finish right is crucial before a single item is branded. This cuts out the errors – like off-centre logos or low back prints – and ensures the thread or ink looks exactly right on the fabric you’ve chosen.
Branding that moves with you: We’ll always recommend the branding method that suits the garment best – embroidery on fleece, and transfer printing on performance wear. This stops designs cracking on stretchier fabrics and prevents heavy stitching from pulling lighter materials out of shape.
Stability in everyday kit: We often suggest the 280gsm fleece for everyday wear because it holds its shape far better through commuting, lockers, and weekly washes. This prevents baggy cuffs and twisted hems, so your team kit doesn’t start looking tired a month in.
Sizing that actually fits: We favour lines with broad size runs (often XS-5XL, plus women’s and kids’ options) so you can place one order that covers the whole team. This avoids last-minute swaps that can create obvious fit and shade differences across your “uniform”.
Consistent quality: We monitor our supply chain closely so you don’t get a “close enough” substitute fabric or a shade that’s slightly off. We want to avoid those inconsistencies you only notice once ten hoodies are lined up next to each other.

Clean branding on fleece: We’ve chosen the AWDis College Hoodie because its 280gsm brushed-back fleece with a cotton-faced outer prints and embroiders cleaner than fluffier alternatives. This ensures your branding doesn’t look fuzzy or broken up when you come back to reorder.
Print that won’t crack: Our suggestion for activewear is the AWDis Cool Recycled T-Shirt in 140gsm 100% recycled polyester, paired with transfer printing so the logo flexes with the fabric. This avoids heavy, dull prints that split when the tee is used in the gym.
Crew necks that hold shape: We use the AWDis Sweatshirt because its 280gsm ringspun cotton / 20% polyester blend stays neater after repeat washing than lighter crews. This lets you issue a sweatshirt for day-to-day use without it losing its shape too quickly.

Just wanted to share some overwhelmingly positive feedback about James and his incredible team. I recently placed a very small, but crucial, order for an embroidered puffa jacket. My original supplier completely let me down, calling late on a Friday afternoon (3:00 PM) to push the committed delivery date from Tuesday to Thursday, which was too late for our filming schedule. In a panic, I called James's team at 3:05 PM that same Friday, honestly expecting a firm "no." However, I was met with unbelievably helpful and flexible service. The team, specifically Rowan and David, were absolutely first class! They went above and beyond, making it seem like nothing was too much trouble. Thanks to their efforts, the jacket will now be delivered on Wednesday—a whole day before we need it for filming! This is old-school customer service at its very best.
