We know that when you put your branding on a product, you want it to be perceived as really good quality. If you wouldn’t use it yourself, there’s no point handing it out. That’s why we approach umbrellas and outdoor kit with a focus on durability and longevity. We want to stop the common frustrations – like umbrellas flipping inside out or branding that fades – so you can give out an item that genuinely rewards your staff or clients and gets your brand seen.
- Inversion-resistant frames: We always look for features like vented canopies, fibreglass ribs, and thicker stems (often around 14mm). These reduce that annoying “inside-out” flip you see on cheaper alternatives. It keeps the canopy open and useful in a gust, meaning your brand stays visible rather than becoming a tangle of metal.
- Readable print panels: Umbrellas are essentially walking billboards, so we suggest options with large, high-visibility print zones (e.g., around 275 x 180mm). We can also look at full-colour print where it suits the brief, ensuring your logo stands out clearly at a distance rather than getting lost on the fabric.
- Rain-shedding canopy cloth: Quality is key, so we choose water-repellent polyester canopies and outdoor-grade materials. This means the fabric sheds water and holds its shape better, avoiding that sagging look that can make a brand appear tired halfway through an event.
- Deadline-safe lead times: We know lead times are a popular question. Our range includes lines that can run on a 5 Day Express Delivery as well as the standard 10-15 day production. If you have an urgent event coming up, we can usually make something work to ensure you aren’t left without cover.
- Spec-backed eco materials: Sustainability is a real focus for us. We offer recycled options like rPET canopies and water-saving dye processes (e.g., WaterSAVE®). It’s important we don’t greenwash, so these specs give you the traceability you need to meet your CSR goals confidently.
- UK-made options: We have some brilliant UK suppliers for when origin and consistency are a priority. If you want to ensure the exact colour match and finish without the worry of batch differences from further afield, this is a route worth considering.
- Weather-ready structures: It’s not just about handheld items. We supply printed outdoor structures using robust frames and quality water-repellent polyester (e.g., 235gsm). This ensures your team has a dry, professional place to work and engage with clients, rather than just standing in the rain.
- Consultative sourcing: While the products above are our go-to benchmarks for quality, we will always take a consultative approach. If you have a specific need, we can go beyond this list to source bespoke options that fit your brief perfectly.
Our Outdoor Range
- All-panel colour control: We often put forward the Eco Bedford Sublimation Golf Umbrella because the full-colour branding allows for incredible creativity. It avoids dull results and ensures your brand colours really pop, even on a grey day. Plus, the rPET canopy ticks the sustainability box.
- Collapse-resistant spine: We really rate the Fibrestorm Golf Umbrella. Its storm-proof design and fibreglass frame significantly reduce the risk of collapse. It’s a sturdy, reliable item that people will want to keep and use time and time again.
- Taut, repeatable shelter: For events, we suggest the Small Gazebo with a strong aluminium frame. The quality 235gsm polyester means the branding stays looking crisp and professional across multiple setups, rather than looking tired after the first use.
- Gust-release canopy: We think vented options are underutilized. The Value Vented Umbrella allows wind to pass through, making it much easier to handle. It’s a useful feature that recipients really appreciate when the weather turns.
- Compact without compromise: A compact umbrella is a great “comfort blanket” to have in a bag, but it needs to work. We chose the Fare AOC Mini Umbrella because its windproof system creates a reliable product that fits into day-to-day life without breaking at the first gust.
- Seating that stays put: To keep people at your stand, we recommend the Deck Chair. It offers a huge print area (1120 x 410mm) for maximum exposure and gives guests a comfortable place to sit, increasing dwell time and opportunities for conversation.
