We manage the process for you: We know how important deadlines are, so our team runs a tight order flow – from the brief and artwork check to proof approval and delivery updates. We keep control as much as possible because we know that late couriers or missing parts are a headache you don’t need. We want you focused on your event, not chasing boxes.
Visual proofs for perfect alignment: We always provide a visual proof before production to lock down your print placement. It’s really important that your branding lines up perfectly across the roof and walls. We make sure the design lands well and isn’t distorted or cut off at the seams, so it looks great when you’re setting up quickly.
Robust aluminium frames: We will always recommend aluminium frames because we want your kit to last. Repeated set-ups and pack-downs are where weaker legs start to wobble. This choice keeps the structure tight and rigid, meaning you don’t have to fight with the gazebo every time you use it.
Quality rain-shedding canopy: We specify 235gsm water-repellent polyester because lighter fabrics tend to soak up water and sag. This weight helps the water bead and run off, ensuring your table, stock, and team stay dry when the British weather turns.
Maximum brand exposure: We recommend full-colour coverage options because small prints can easily get lost in a crowd. This gives you large, readable branding that can be seen from a distance, helping people find your pitch without you having to shout.
Flexible sidewall options: Our modular wall options are really useful because wind direction and site layouts change. This allows you to add or remove sides so you can block drafts or open up service access without needing a whole new unit.
UK-made consistency: We include UK-made options because consistency is key. It means the fabric, zips, and panel sizing are exactly the same if you need to replace a wall later. It saves the frustration of panels that don’t zip on cleanly or colours that don’t quite match your existing kit.
BPMA-accredited sourcing: We use our trusted, BPMA-accredited suppliers to reduce risk. We have to be right on it to ensure that a repeat order doesn’t turn up with a different feel or finish. It’s about giving you that peace of mind.

3m x 3m for high visibility: We recommend the Gazebo because the 3m x 3m roof and full-colour print areas really help your logo stand out in a busy line of stands. This footprint gives you a proper working area while keeping your branding readable from every angle.

Just wanted to share some overwhelmingly positive feedback about James and his incredible team. I recently placed a very small, but crucial, order for an embroidered puffa jacket. My original supplier completely let me down, calling late on a Friday afternoon (3:00 PM) to push the committed delivery date from Tuesday to Thursday, which was too late for our filming schedule. In a panic, I called James's team at 3:05 PM that same Friday, honestly expecting a firm "no." However, I was met with unbelievably helpful and flexible service. The team, specifically Rowan and David, were absolutely first class! They went above and beyond, making it seem like nothing was too much trouble. Thanks to their efforts, the jacket will now be delivered on Wednesday—a whole day before we need it for filming! This is old-school customer service at its very best.
