It’s really important to us that we take the guesswork out of the process, so you don’t end up re-ordering because the first batch went bulky, misprinted, or didn’t last. We want to make sure your brand looks great for the long haul.
- Pocket-safe sizing: We shortlist formats from slim 99 x 71mm card wallets through to passport holders around 137 x 100mm and larger organisers, because size decides whether it gets carried or left in a drawer. If you’re handing these out at an event or as part of a welcome pack, we want to ensure it’s something they can actually use day-to-day, rather than it being a “nice item” that never sees the light of day.
- Proof-first branding: We’re really hot on the details. We check everything – from full-colour print to deboss, foil block, and engraving – against the specific branding area on that exact item (e.g., 117 x 75mm, 60 x 40mm). We’ll always show you a proof and flag any variation before production, so you don’t get any nasty surprises when the order lands.
- Consistent re-ordering: Consistency is key. We stick to reliable products with known materials (like rPET, PU, vinyl, or leatherette) and fixed dimensions. If you’re topping up stock for new starters or refreshing a team’s kit, we want to make sure the feel and fit is consistent every time you order.
- Deadlines matter: We know lead times are a popular question. Our range includes express options (including 5 Day Express Delivery) alongside standard production times like 10 days from artwork approval. If you’ve got a fixed event date, we can usually make something work to ensure you have what you need when you need it.
- UK-made options: We keep UK-made choices available because they offer a safer route for stock when you’re working to a deadline, avoiding long shipping delays. Whether it’s phthalate-free vinyl or polypropylene, it’s about giving you the best chance to get your items in hand exactly when you need them.
- No greenwashing: Sustainability is huge right now. We include rPET and RCS recycled polyester options with clear recycled-content stories, because we know vague “eco” claims don’t help you. If sustainability is part of your brief, we give you the facts to help you answer any questions internally and hit your CSR goals.
- The right finish: We’ll help you choose a finish that suits the job. Whether you want a deep deboss or engraving for a quiet, executive look, or a bold full-colour print for maximum visibility, we’ll guide you. It’s about making sure the product lands well with the recipient, whether it’s a high-volume giveaway or a premium gift.
These products are our starting point – the standards we benchmark against – but we can always take the decisions down and narrow it from there to source bespoke options when your quantities and lead times allow.
Our Card Holders & Wallets Range
- Stand-out colour: We love the Travel Card Wallet – Full Colour because we can run full-colour all-over print on a 99 x 71mm format without leaving you with dull results. If you’re sending these by post or dropping them into packs, that print coverage keeps your brand visible from the moment they open it.
- Travel ready: We use the Pierre Cardin Milano RFID Travel Organiser as our benchmark for executive travel gifting. The RFID-blocking build and slim organiser shape stop that “overstuffed” look you see on cheaper alternatives. If you’re gifting to people who travel, this holds its shape and feels like a quality item they’ll want to keep.
- Durability: We chose rPET for the Porto Passport Holder because it keeps a cleaner, more structured feel after being pulled in and out of bags compared to a thin PU-only cover. If your team uses passports regularly, that material choice helps stop the cover looking tired, ensuring your brand looks good for longer.
- Protecting the card: Sometimes you need something purely functional. We chose a rigid shell on the Hard Plastic Card Holder – 1 Colour because flexible holders can let access cards curl. If you’re issuing ID cards, the 86 x 54mm holder keeps them flat, and the 50 x 35mm branding area keeps your logo looking tidy.
- Daily exposure: We recommend the Travel Card Wallet – 1 Colour because the all-over 1-colour branding on a 99 x 71mm wallet stays visible when it’s used day-to-day on trains and buses.
