We know that when you’re looking for branded footballs, you want something that is going to be perceived as really good quality and actually gets used. We select our range based on how you’re planning to hand them out and where your brand is going to be seen. It’s about making sure the product lands well, rather than ending up with poor print placement or stock arriving too late for your event.

Ball size choice: Our range runs from mini footballs (370mm circumference) right up to full Size 5 footballs (680mm circumference), plus handy desk and pocket formats like a 61mmØ PU stress ball and a 125mm key ring. We offer this variety so you can match the product to your specific event or campaign, rather than paying for a Size 5 when you’re giving out hundreds, or using minis when you really need the ball to stand out in photos.
Proof-led print control: We recommend print builds from 1-colour right up to full colour, including 4 spot colours across panels with defined print areas (e.g., 30mmØ and 30×20mm). This is because uncontrolled placement can lead to soft edges or off-centre logos. We’ll always provide a proof for you to approve the position and scale before we commit to the whole run, ensuring you’re happy with the artwork.
Repeat-print panels: Our multi-panel options allow for repeated branding around the ball, including 4 spot colours on all panels where the format supports it. We suggest this because a single small logo can easily disappear as soon as the ball turns in someone’s hands or shows up in a crowd shot. You want to get the maximum exposure possible.
Deflated bulk handling: Our promotional footballs are supplied deflated to keep carton sizes manageable and stop storage becoming a problem for you. That setup lets you keep boxes tight in your office, stockroom, or event van, then inflate only what you’re distributing on the day.
Date-led lead times: Lead time is a really popular question, and we quote lead times as 5, 10, 20, and 25 days from artwork approval across the range. Production only starts once you’ve signed off the proof. If you’re working to a fixed event date, that approval point is what keeps everything on track so the original choice arrives in time.
Material that suits giveaways: We specify promo-friendly builds like 1.2mm PVC multi-panel balls and PU stress balls with smaller, controlled print areas. We do this because lower quality balls can crease, scuff, and make logos look tired fast. This material choice keeps the giveaway looking deliberate and high quality, even when you’re ordering high volume.
Baseline specs, then upgrades: We use the products on this page as the baseline for size, print coverage, and lead time so you can choose quickly without guessing. If your quantities and timings allow, our team can source bespoke options off the back of those known starting points to help you achieve exactly what you need.

Size 5 panel coverage: What we would suggest for maximum impact is the Full Size Promotional Football. We chose a Size 5 (680mm circumference) ball supplied deflated with 4 spot colours on all panels, so your branding repeats around the ball instead of sitting on one panel and disappearing when it rotates. That format gives you something you can inflate on-site that really reads at a distance.
Mini handout scale: Our pick for mass giveaways is the Mini Promotional Football. The 370mm mini format keeps unit cost and carrying volume down while still allowing 4 spot colours on all panels. That lets you hand out a lot without over-specifying the ball size for what is, in practice, a short interaction.
Five-day desk turnaround: We point people at the Football Stress Ball – 1 Colour when timing is tight. Our 5-day lead time from artwork approval reduces the risk of missing onboarding days or internal drop dates. The PU body also holds up to being squeezed and left on desks, rather than cracking like brittle plastics.

Keyring carry habit: Our choice for something that stays with people is the PVC Mini Football Key Ring – 1 Colour. The 125mm key ring format attaches to keys and bags instead of getting left on a table after the event. We also keep an all-panel printing option in play so your branding doesn’t rely on one tiny face being visible.
Carton storage control: We stick with the Mini Promotional Football for bulk distribution because supplying them deflated keeps cartons stackable and stops you paying to move air. That also makes it easier to count out stock and manage handouts without a pile of awkward, half-used space.
