It is really important that our branded biscuits and cakes are selected around one thing: how you’re actually getting them into someone’s hands. Whether you’re handing them out at an event, posting them, or dropping them on desks, the packaging and print method matter just as much as the food itself.

Artwork Approval: We never go to print until you’ve signed off the artwork. That approval step is where we catch low-res files or colours that might shift on the chosen packaging. This keeps your branding consistent, rather than spotting issues when boxes are already at your venue.
Transit-Safe Options: We keep our range focused on biscuits and specific cake options because we know they travel and stack well. This avoids crushed corners or split seals when you’re moving stock to a site or posting packs out.
Trusted Partners: Our supply chain runs through BPMA-accredited partners because that reduces the risk of last-minute swaps when a deadline is tight. This helps keep pack sizes, print finish, and the overall unboxing experience consistent with what you approved.
Clear Branding: We really lean on full-colour outer packaging and edible toppers because small branding often gets lost. This keeps your logo, message, and QR code large enough to scan and clear enough to photograph for social media.
UK-Made Options: We include UK-made lines because shorter routes and familiar production runs usually mean steadier timing. If you’re working to a fixed date, this gives you options that are easier to repeat without the finish changing.
Clear Lead Times: We know lead time is a key question, so we show this by format (typically 5-15 working days from proof approval). This lets you choose something that fits your calendar without forcing rushed print or compromising on the packaging.

Rigid Printed Box: We suggest the Boxed Handmade Biscuits because we use a rigid full-colour card box (142 × 72 × 72mm) so your branding covers the pack, not just a small sticker.
Post-Friendly Protection: Our benchmark for direct mail is the Boxed Handmade Biscuits because the stiff box resists corner crush far better than softer cartons. If you’re posting to home addresses, this stops them arriving scuffed or flattened.

Just wanted to share some overwhelmingly positive feedback about James and his incredible team. I recently placed a very small, but crucial, order for an embroidered puffa jacket. My original supplier completely let me down, calling late on a Friday afternoon (3:00 PM) to push the committed delivery date from Tuesday to Thursday, which was too late for our filming schedule. In a panic, I called James's team at 3:05 PM that same Friday, honestly expecting a firm "no." However, I was met with unbelievably helpful and flexible service. The team, specifically Rowan and David, were absolutely first class! They went above and beyond, making it seem like nothing was too much trouble. Thanks to their efforts, the jacket will now be delivered on Wednesday—a whole day before we need it for filming! This is old-school customer service at its very best.
