We supply a range of wristband materials, including silicon, cotton, nylon and vinyl, with most made right here in the UK. They come in many bright colours, can be branded, and some even have flashing LED lights for added visibility and bling.

At Steel City, we know that when you’re running an event, you need everything to run smoothly. That includes your wristbands. You need a solution that fastens securely, keeps your brand visible, and stays on until you want it off. Our job is to use our experience to guide you toward the best option for your specific needs, taking any worry out of the order process before it goes to print.

Material choices that work: We take a consultative approach to help you control entry effectively. We’ll match the band to your event style – Tyvek for fast, effective one-time issue, PVC for a firmer band with a secure lock, or silicone when you want a keepsake that boosts brand exposure long after the event. We make sure the band you choose is fit for purpose.
Print quality that stands out: When you put your logo on a product, you want it to be perceived as really good quality. That’s why we offer Pantone/colour matching, full-colour print, and deboss with colour infill options. We check everything at the proofing stage – size, contrast, and print areas (e.g., 214×21mm, 55×18mm) – to ensure your artwork is clear, legible, and looks fantastic on the wrist.
Secure and reliable fastening: Security is often key. We suggest tamper-proof self-adhesive, sequential numbering, or one-time popper stud fastenings because they do the job perfectly, preventing transfers and re-use. This gives you peace of mind that your entry system is working exactly as it should.
Clear communication on lead times: We know deadlines are crucial. Our lead times are calculated from artwork approval so we can be accurate and back you every step of the way. If you have an urgent event date, we can usually make something work with our 5-day express route, though we’ll always have a conversation about which bands and print methods fit that timeline best.
Sizing for everyone: We offer both adult and child silicone sizes (e.g., 210×12×2mm adult; 180×12×2mm child) with matched print areas so the product lands well with everyone. This prevents stretching bands onto bigger wrists or having them slide off smaller ones, ensuring a comfortable fit and a great attendee experience from the moment they arrive.
Long-lasting impact: For silicone bands, we often recommend recessed/debossed branding with colour infill. This keeps your design visible and looking fresh, even after being worn day in, day out. For fabric-style bands, adjustable straps with locking toggles stop the band from loosening, meaning your brand stays on their wrist comfortably for the duration of the event.
A solution for every brief: We have a solid range of go-to wristbands that we know work brilliantly for most inquiries. However, if your quantity, finish, or deadline requires something different, our team will use our expertise to source the right materials and closures for you. We work to get you the solution you really need, rather than just a “near enough” option.

Efficient entry: The Tyvek Security Wristband uses tamper-proof self-adhesive fastening plus sequential numbering. It’s a classic choice for a reason – it allows for fast fitting and makes spotting re-use easy, helping you keep queues moving and security tight.
Secure locking: We often recommend the PVC Security Wristband – 1 Colour because the popper stud fastening effectively stops “take it off and pass it on” behaviour. The bold 1-colour print ensures your access colours and text are easily readable, even in low light.
Vibrant branding: The PVC Security Wristband – Full Colour is perfect for artwork that carries sponsors, gradients, or multiple tiers. We want your brand to stand out, and full-colour print keeps the details clear while the popper stud maintains the security you need.
Durable design: We love the Debossed and Infilled Silicone Wristband because the recessed debossing with colour infill keeps your branding visible for the long haul. If you’re giving out bands as a keepsake, this ensures the design doesn’t wear off, providing lasting brand awareness.
Perfect colour matching: The Silicone Screen Printed Wristband uses Pantone/colour matched silicone with 1-colour screen printing. We know brand consistency is important, so this option keeps your colours true across both adult and child sizes without losing readability.
Sustainable and comfortable: We feature the Recycled Wristband for multi-day wear because the rPET fabric is comfortable and ticks those important sustainability boxes.
