We know that events can be hectic, and the last thing you want is branded balloons that let you down with stretched logos, weak contrast, or stock that arrives too late. We use our experience to ensure that doesn’t happen.

Readable print size: It’s really important that your logo looks just as good inflated as it does on a proof. We fix the print area to what stays bold after inflation (for example, 125mm Ø on latex and 225mm Ø on 18″ foil). Because balloons grow, this ensures your logo looks like your logo – not a thin, fuzzy version – once you’ve inflated the full batch.
Lead time you can plan around: We know lead times are a popular question. We offer a 5-day express service on selected lines, starting the clock from artwork approval. We do this because that’s the point you’ve locked the spec – if you’re up against a tight setup day, this really reduces the stress of last-minute planning.
Proof-driven checks: We always provide a proof before production. Our team tracks the progress to flag any placement or ink contrast issues early on, so mistakes don’t sit unnoticed. It means you can sign off what’s being printed with confidence, rather than opening a carton to find off-centre branding or a colour choice that disappears.
Vetted supply chain: Our sourcing runs through a BPMA-accredited distributor process – backed by over 40 years of membership. Balloons from unknown supply routes can vary from batch to batch, so we use our experience to keep your print results consistent when you reorder or top up for another event date.
High-contrast print choice: What we would usually recommend is 1-colour, 1-position printing across the core range. On curved, glossy surfaces, fine detail can be hard to read under venue lighting. This setup keeps your branding simple and highly visible when people are walking past or taking photos.
Material matched to job: Our range includes both natural latex and foil because they behave differently once they’re filled. We’ll talk to you about your event duration – foil is great if the event runs long, whereas latex might be perfect for a quick splash of colour without the higher cost.
Proofable eco claims: It’s really important that we don’t greenwash. Our approach is to check exactly what we can evidence about materials and sourcing before we repeat “eco” language back to you. If your comms mention sustainability, this reduces the risk of you overstating what the physical product can genuinely support.

Photo-scale foil: For maximum exposure, we’d recommend the 18 Inch Foil Balloons. We specify a 450mm Ø balloon with a 225mm Ø print area, so the branding doesn’t turn into a small badge in wide shots. If you’re relying on photos after the event, this keeps the logo readable across a room and on camera.
Window-distance branding: Our choice of the 18 Inch Foil Balloons really comes down to visibility from outside. Smaller balloons just don’t read as well across entrances. If you’re dressing a shopfront, this size stops your message disappearing behind reflections and footfall.
Packable latex stock: We use natural latex on the 10 Inch Balloons because it stays light and easy to transport before inflation. If you’re putting balloons into event packs or moving stock between sites, this reduces scuffs and damage compared with flimsier film balloons.
Stretch-controlled logo: Our team sets a defined 125mm Ø print area on the 10 Inch Balloons so the artwork stays legible at full inflation rather than thinning out at the edges. If you’re printing a simple logo, this lets you keep it bold without guessing how it’ll look once filled.
Cluster visibility height: We recommend the 12 Inch Balloons because the size works really well in dense clusters that sit above head height. If you’re on a busy exhibition floor, this helps your logo stay visible instead of getting swallowed by surrounding stands.
Bigger without complexity: Our pick of the 12 Inch Balloons gives you that bit more presence than the 10″ while keeping to 1-colour, 1-position printing so artwork approval stays straightforward. It avoids the common mistake of going too small and having to overcompensate with quantity.
