Traceable Eco Credentials: We include lines with certifications available on request – like GRS recycled aluminium, rPET from bottles, and responsibly sourced paper. It’s really important that we don’t greenwash. We want to give you the full backstory so you have the confidence to answer any questions about materials or carbon footprints with facts, not guesses.
Branding That Lasts: We often recommend engraving on metal pens or debossing on covers to keep the finish looking sharp. Products get carried in bags and pockets day-in, day-out, and we want to ensure your logo stays visible. Consistent Specs: Our team sticks to proven specs – like specific paper weights (70-120gsm) and known refillable pens – because we know consistency matters. Just wanted to share some overwhelmingly positive feedback about James and his incredible team. I recently placed a very small, but crucial, order for an embroidered puffa jacket. My original supplier completely let me down, calling late on a Friday afternoon (3:00 PM) to push the committed delivery date from Tuesday to Thursday, which was too late for our filming schedule. In a panic, I called James's team at 3:05 PM that same Friday, honestly expecting a firm "no." However, I was met with unbelievably helpful and flexible service.
